The Artekne Production System
A 12-role production line, 5-layer QA pipeline, and multi-dimensional quality gates at every handoff — operating as one system on every brief, every brand, every channel. This page is the engineering behind what the rest of the site calls "Luxury-Grade Editorial."
The Numbers
Below is the production footprint of a single brief, end-to-end, across all four engines.
How a Luxury TVC Actually Gets Made
A real luxury-house TVC isn't made by a single prompt. It moves through a chain of specialists, each owning one craft, each signing off the next. Artekne rebuilds that chain — same people, same order, same depth. Just running as an agent workforce.
Strategy, narrative, visual world — locked before a single image is generated.
Visual generation — treated as a real shoot, not a one-prompt render.
Refinement, motion, and brand-grade finish — with QA gates at every handoff.
Same 12 roles. Same three stages. Engineered to the same standard.
The Quality Pipeline
Other AI tools generate, then ask you to filter. We generate — and five specialized checks pass judgment before a single frame leaves the system. Most output never makes it past the second gate on the first pass. And that's the point.
Every prompt, every caption, every output element scanned against restricted vocabulary and category compliance rules.
If it fails → auto-regenerate. Never reaches human review.
A second specialist agent inspects the output: logo placement, color deviation, typography continuity, voice.
If it fails → sent back to the producing agent with annotated notes.
The output is handed to a peer agent of a different specialty. A still goes to a motion specialist. A film goes to a copy specialist.
If it fails → routed to the most relevant upstream agent for rework.
A senior Artekne producer — not the original generator — inspects the output against brief fidelity and category standard.
If it fails → manual rework by a human director. Re-pass required.
Last gate before delivery. Brand alignment, legal-safe, format-correct, naming-convention-clean. The last gate is always a person, never a machine.
If it fails → escalated to Brand Lead. Delivered only when all five gates stamp clear.
