Brand Memory

Before we make anything,
we learn you.

Most AI creative starts with a prompt. Ours starts with a brand profile — a structured record of who you are, what you stand for, and what you'd never put your name on. Nothing gets made until it exists.

What's in the record

What we write down.

Not a mood board, and not a conversation someone half-remembers. A record your team can read, correct, and hold us to.

It runs to eighteen fields. Who you are and the category you compete in. Who your audience is and what they are paying for. Your palette and typography — the real files, not approximations — the photographic style you work in, and the colour science your footage is graded to. Who can appear in frame, and the voice your copy is written in.

And, written as rules rather than preferences, the things you would never put your name on — along with the standard below which nothing ships.

Every row carries where it came from. Nothing in the record is unattributed — and a blank stays visibly blank until you fill it.

Where every value comes from

If we don't know,
we don't guess.

Every value in your profile is traceable to a source. There is no fourth option where we quietly fill in something plausible.

01

You told us

Anything you have specified in writing — your colours, your typefaces, your grade, your voice. Where it exists, it is used exactly as given, and nothing downstream is allowed to override it.

02

We inferred it

Where you have not specified something, we derive it from what is already established about the brand, and record it as inferred — marked as ours, not yours, so you always know which is which.

03

Category standard

Where nothing can be derived, we fall back to the documented standard for your category — not a guess, and not a generic default. Safe, but not yet distinctive, so it stays flagged as something to fill in.

04

Flagged blank

When there is no basis at all, we say so and leave it marked rather than inventing a value that merely looks reasonable. A blank is an open question, not a resting state.

The one thing we never infer

We never infer
your category.

If we can't establish it with certainty, the process stops and we come back to you before anything is made.

Everything downstream is organised by category — the visual language, the references, the standard we hold the work to. Getting it wrong isn't a small error, so it isn't a question we answer on your behalf.

A still and a film made
months apart still read as
the same brand.

Where your profile starts

We start from the top
of your category.

Your profile isn't built on a blank page.

Before we look at you, we already know what excellent looks like in your category — the photographers and directors whose decisions it still runs on, the colour science underneath the way that work is actually made, and the specific mistakes that make an image read as cheap.

That is the floor your record starts from. What we learn about you doesn't replace it; it bends it toward what makes you different.

Consistency

On-brand isn't a review step.
It's built in.

Your non-negotiables become rules the system can't override — not notes someone is supposed to remember.

Every stage of production reads the same record, so a change takes effect everywhere at once and no work is left running on an older version of your brand. Every asset is checked back against it before it reaches you, and anything below the standard we agreed on doesn't ship.

What we need from you.

Whatever you already have — a brand book, a deck, a folder of shots you liked, or just your site. We fill the gaps from public signals and show you what we inferred, so you can correct it before anything gets made. It's the first thing we do.
